To reset the Y7 headphones, press and hold both volume "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously for about 7 seconds until the LED flashes purple three times, then the LED will flash red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.

If you encounter issues with charging, try charging for half an hour first, then plug in the included audio cable to reset. This should allow normal charging and operation to resume.

The automatic shut-off feature turns the headphones off after 5 minutes of no device connection. If you only want to use the noise cancellation function, simply connect the headphones to your phone.

The provided airplane adapter does not have Bluetooth functionality. To use Bluetooth on a flight, you would need to purchase a separate Bluetooth transmitter.
